The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their Felixstowe office, Suffolk.

The role involves working on a varied caseload, including M&A, restructuring, de-mergers, start-ups, acquisitions, disposals, corporate financing, shareholder protection, private equity, joint ventures, incentives, liabilities, and fundraising.

The department collaborates with mid-sized to multinational organizations, handling a range of transactions from family businesses to multinationals.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 2+ PQE
• You will be commercially astute with a strong billing history
• You should be ambitious and eager to progress your career
• You will be organized, personable, and driven to develop the department
