Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

A law firm in Bournemouth, Dorset requires a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor. The successful Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will have a track record, post-qualification, in delivering robust corporate and commercial advice to clients.

The firm offers a comprehensive legal service to private individuals and corporate clients employing many talented lawyers.

The Role

The Corporate & Commercial Solicitor role will involve:

  1. Advising on company share sales and purchases.
  2. Advising on business and asset sales and purchases.
  3. Advising on all areas of company and commercial law generally applicable to private companies.
  4. Drafting and advising on partnership and LLP agreements.
  5. Drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, including Agency Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Terms and Conditions of Trading, and Shareholders' Agreements.

As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, the role will be working in a team with the Partner.

Salary dependent upon experience.
