Corporate Commercial Solicitor – Belfast

Our client, a leading law firm in Belfast with a standout reputation across the corporate and commercial space, is looking to grow its award-winning team with the addition of a talented Corporate / Commercial Solicitor.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients—from home-grown start-ups to large multinationals—on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. These may include M&A transactions, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and general corporate governance.

Depending on your level, you may also be given the chance to lead on transactions, mentor junior colleagues, and work closely with clients from day one.

What we’re looking for

• A qualified solicitor with ideally 2–10 years’ PQE in corporate and/or commercial law (though we’re happy to consider those outside this range).
• A strong background in transactional work and/or complex commercial contracts.
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Commercial acumen and a genuine interest in helping businesses grow and succeed.
