Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
2. Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts and agreements
3. Assist clients with mergers, acquisitions and disposals
4. Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues

Requirements:

1. 2 – 7 years' PQE in Corporate and Commercial Law
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
