What will you be doing?

You’ll be working on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including:

• Mergers, acquisitions, and business disposals
• Succession planning and governance
• Employee share schemes (EMIs, EBTs, EOTs)
• Group restructures and demergers
• Finance and security documentation
• Shareholder agreements, articles of association, and partnership agreements
• Commercial contracts and franchising arrangements
• Supervising more junior members of the team and supporting team development
