The role

This leading West End practice is seeking to hire a Corporate Commercial Senior Associate / Partner.

You will work alongside a highly regarded Corporate Partner. You will work with the Partner to drive the department forwards, you will also have a lot of autonomy to make the role your own. The department is currently thriving with an abundance of interesting and good quality work coming through the door. You will have the opportunity to get involved in strategic conversations and planning regarding the future direction of the department.

You will deal with a diverse and broad caseload, which will make for an interesting role. You will act for national and international entrepreneurs, directors, and members as well as limited companies, LLPs, PLCs and multinational corporations.

The caseload will include but not be limited to; M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts, fundraising, investment, shareholder agreements, and licensing agreements.

This roles comes with excellent prospects which include both partnership and even equity for the right candidate.

Requirement

You will be a Corporate Commercial with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)

You should have strong technical experience

Good business development experience is of advantage

First-class communication skills are essential
