Job description

Segal Placements is delighted to be exclusively retained by this central London firm, which is eager to expand its Corporate Commercial team at Junior Partner or Senior Associate level.

The team currently comprises 5 Partners handling a mix of Corporate (e.g., M&A, JVs, Corporate Finance, Shareholder Agreements) and Commercial work such as IP and Patent work, IT, Licensing, Software Agreements, Data Protection, and other commercial areas.

Several Partners may soon step away from fee earning, creating a need to find new Partners to take over responsibilities. Therefore, even those with only part of a practice are encouraged to apply, provided they are currently in private practice and UK qualified.

This firm serves a client base of SMEs, High Net Worth individuals, and private companies, both domestically and internationally. They may not handle larger FTSE clients or broader areas like Tax.

The firm is highly profitable, with some Partners earning over £1 million annually. There is significant opportunity for career growth, with Partner departures being rare.
