The Role
The firm seeks to hire a Corporate Commercial Senior Partner based in their expanding City of London office.

The client base is diverse, spanning various industry sectors, including several exciting companies. You will lead this department, handling a broad range of work.

Currently, Corporate and Commercial work is managed by two Partners but is not their primary focus, and they are very busy. The firm is looking for an ambitious Corporate Commercial Partner to work alongside the existing Partners to develop the department further. You will manage an existing client base and participate in business development, supported by Associates and support staff.

Your caseload will include company sales and purchases, Articles of Association, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and limited liability agreements.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least seven years PQE (there is no upper limit; experienced candidates are encouraged to apply)
• You should be ambitious and dynamic, eager to lead an exciting venture
