Paralegal (Commercial Contracts)
Artemis Human Capital is working with a high-growth team within a leading global firm, currently seeking legal professionals to join them as Paralegals within their Legal function. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with strong commercial contract experience to work on large-scale, tech-enabled legal projects in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts

• Managing escalations and engaging with subject matter experts to resolve complex issues

• Reviewing legal documents for key information, accuracy, and consistency

• Supporting data-led contract remediation and legal transformation projects

• Following defined negotiation strategies while delivering practical legal solutions

Who We’re Looking For:

• Legal background with a degree (or international equivalent) in law

• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (in-house or law firm)

• Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset

• Confident, collaborative, and comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders

• Self-starter with a drive to grow, deliver, and succeed
