Job description

Long established regional law practice in the Gloucestershire/ South West/ Cotswold region providing both commercial & private client legal services is looking to recruit a further corporate commercial lawyer as part of the strategic growth of the firm and its Corporate and Commercial Law team.

The role will involve working on a range of corporate transactions & commercial law matters as well as potentially employment law matters, such as:

• Corporate acquisitions and disposals (share and asset sales)
• Establishing Companies
• Investments, Shareholders’ Agreements and Joint Ventures
• Terms and conditions
• Commercial Contracts
• Settlement Agreements.

The role will also involve taking an active part in business development and marketing including through networking and social media.
