Job description

Boutique commercial practice, renowned for quality and not quantity, wishes to strengthen the team with the appointment of a recently qualified solicitor.

Established in 2012 and already turning over almost £2m, this niche law firm has been involved in numerous multi-million pound corporate and commercial property transactions with some of this region’s leading businesses, including Plc’s.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter and work closely with a Senior Lawyer on a mix of very high quality corporate finance, management buyouts, reorganisations and group structures, shareholder and joint venture agreements, IP protection, mergers, acquisitions, private equity and financing, banking and crowdfunding. Joining a team of 20, you will be given the support and guidance needed.
