We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role can be based out of our Birmingham or Nottingham offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least one or two days a week in the office.

The role: Corporate Client Executive

As a Corporate Client Executive, you will focus on managing and retaining a large existing client portfolio while identifying and creating new revenue opportunities through proactive cross-selling and upselling of our services. You will be responsible for delivering sales and growth within your predefined area, demonstrating excellent client retention skills, and covering a large region predominantly in the Midlands.

This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Client Executive looking to thrive at a market-leading insurance broker.

We will rely on you to:

  • Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with other Account Management colleagues to execute on the growth and retention strategy and meet sales goals.
  • Serve as a client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the client experience.
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards.

What you need to have:

  • A strong Corporate or mid-sized Commercial Insurance background with the ability to manage and retain an existing portfolio of business.
  • Cross class knowledge ideally including Construction, Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine and Financial Lines
  • A passion for elite client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
