We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Manchester. It is a hybrid position requiring at least three days a week in the office.

As a Client Executive, you will be part of a growing and successful team working with some of the UK’s largest companies on complex insurance arrangements, including global programmes. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues across Marsh, aiming for service excellence.

We will count on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of large, complex, and multinational clients.
• Identify and strategize clients’ risk management, financing, and insurance needs.
• Lead and approve insurance programme design activities.
• Prepare budget proposals and negotiate fees.
• Host meetings with clients and insurers alongside specialist teams.
• Deliver market-leading service and solutions to clients.

What you need to have:

• Experience in Property-Casualty (Combined) insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and influencing skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Cert CII qualification; working towards ACII is a plus.
