Allen & York is working with a leading national waste broker, specializing in bespoke recycling and waste management solutions for a diverse client base.

We are seeking a confident, commercially savvy Corporate Business Development Manager responsible for researching, engaging, and developing new business with existing and new clients.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, CIWM membership, understanding of environmental and contract law, and a proven track record in sales within the waste management sector. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent customer relationship skills, capable of building their pipeline and leading a team to close sales.

You must hold a full UK driving license and be willing to travel as required.
