Corporate Business Development Manager - Total Waste Management Solutions
Location: National

The Role:
The successful Corporate Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a pipeline of new business opportunities worth millions of pounds with national multisite organisations within the public and private sectors such as education, hospitals, hotel chains and, retail in order to deliver a profitable revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing your day to day, journey planning, proactively setting up businesses meetings and drive sales by offering high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively seek new business on a national basis to meet set targets
* Achieving and exceeding quarterly / annual new business targets
* Reporting calls, leads, quotes and contract activity on to the CRM
* Producing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly personal performance
* Liaising regularly with internal stakeholders such as the Depot Manager and the Operations team to roll out sales initiatives within region
* Be the primary interface for our target customers
* You will be presenting to board level
* You will also need to work with our tenders and bids team when putting tenders together
* Responsible for sales prospecting and pricing negotiations

For this Corporate Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Corporate sales experience selling a complicated high value service
* It would be ideal if you had a corporate background within waste or FM
* You must have sold at head office level to board decision makers
* You must have sold £500,000-1+ million order values
* Consultative sales process with experience of writing bids and tenders
* New business sales track record
