Qualifications

• Penultimate year student graduating in summer 2028.
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong interest in finance and global banking & markets.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative.
• Available for a 10-week internship from June to August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Banking teams in the analysis of term sheets and due diligence materials.
• Prepare credit presentations and recommendations for review by senior management, risk management and Credit Committees.
• Assist with documentation and transaction execution, including internal approval processes and closing procedures.
• Assist with monitoring of assigned portfolio including annual reviews and KYC processes.
• Conduct market, company and industry analysis using internal and external data sources.
• Research companies, assets and transactions for meaningful analyses.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, product partners and risk teams on live client transactions.
• Deliver a final presentation to leaders within Corporate Banking.
