Corporate/Banking Solicitor - Bristol
Chadwick Nott are instructed by a well-established regional practice who are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to join their growing Corporate/Banking team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding matters in corporate and banking law.
The Legal 500 ranked team handles a mix of corporate work, including mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory matters, as well as secured lending for high-street and challenger banks. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive environment with plenty of scope for professional growth.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year PQE, with experience in corporate law (banking experience advantageous). You will possess strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
