A Top 200 South West law firm is looking to strengthen its Corporate & Commercial team with a solicitor in their Bristol office. You’ll be working on a varied caseload of banking and corporate transactions, including reviewing and finalising facility, security, and intercreditor documentation, handling pre-completion lender requirements, and advising clients on key legal matters. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with more senior lawyers, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to shaping the team's direction and business development strategy.

The corporate team is known for its balanced and high-quality workload — including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and regulatory matters — while the banking side regularly acts for high street and challenger banks, advising on all aspects of secured lending.

This is a full-time role with hybrid working, based in Bristol with flexibility to collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s other offices.
