Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a portfolio of corporate customers, building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Identify, meet, and win prospective new customers and introducers by outlining our services and facilities.
- Understand and work within the Bank's Credit Policy, evaluate financial information, assess risk, structure transactions, and complete credit applications and annual reviews.
- Develop knowledge of the local business market and maintain relationships with professional firms and business introducers.
- Prepare and check customer documentation, maintain customer files, and ensure compliance with CDD/AML requirements.
- Work with the branch team to deliver high levels of customer service and administrative order, contributing to the Branch Business Plan.
- Understand Handelsbanken's products and market trends, and communicate effectively with customers about our offerings.
- Convey the Bank's culture and differentiation to the market.
