Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop a corporate customer portfolio, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Identify, meet, and win prospective new customers and introducers by showcasing our services and facilities.
  • Work within the Bank's Credit Policy to evaluate financial information, assess risk, and structure transactions, including completing credit applications and conducting annual reviews.
  • Develop an understanding of the local business market and maintain relationships with professional firms and business introducers.
  • Prepare and check customer documentation, maintain customer files, and ensure compliance with CDD/AML requirements.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to deliver high levels of customer service and administrative order, contributing to the Branch Business Plan.
  • Understand the products offered by Handelsbanken and relevant industry trends to effectively communicate features, benefits, and risks to customers.
  • Promote the Bank’s culture and relationship banking approach to the market.
