The successful candidate will support Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other platforms, working closely with IT and facilities to maintain reliable AV environments. A strong customer focus and professional manner are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering day-to-day operational support for AV/VC systems in corporate environments.
• Hands-on experience with AV hardware and room systems (Crestron, QSC, microphones, DSPs, switchers).
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities across Teams, Zoom, Webex, and similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support executives and staff.
• Customer-focused, professional, and able to maintain service levels in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible to work occasional out-of-hours events and on-site support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support across AV and VC systems in meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Set up, test, and operate AV/VC systems for meetings and live events.
• Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other VC platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues; escalate when required.
• Conduct daily room checks and preventative maintenance on systems.
• Assist with event logistics including town halls and executive presentations.
• Maintain incident records and asset tracking; provide user guidance.
