Responsibilities:

• Own and complete audit assignments within budget and deadlines.
• Ensure high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
• Support project management and implement efficiency improvements.
• Lead, coach, and mentor audit teams.
• Lead discussions with technical teams, clients, and specialists to evaluate and review issues.
• Adhere to deadlines and communicate proactively about potential issues.
• Identify opportunities for additional services.
• Manage work in progress and billing.
• Prepare reports for senior management and Audit Committees/Boards.
• Engage in Business Development activities and network development.

Requirements:
