Corporate Associate Solicitor / Senior Associate

Job Description:

Our client is an international law firm with several UK offices, including Birmingham. They are seeking a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join their Birmingham team. The role is suitable for solicitors with a minimum of 3 PQE.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a broad range of corporate work, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganisations, preferably from a respected Midlands corporate team. They should possess a vibrant and energetic attitude, be a team player willing to go the extra mile, and have a strong commercial mindset. The ability to develop and maintain good client relationships is essential.
