You will work on mergers and acquisitions, share schemes, financing arrangements, share buy backs and bespoke articles of association, collaborating with partners on complex matters. The successful candidate will join a warm, collaborative culture and take ownership of matters, driving transactional work

Corporate Associate / Senior Associate - St Albans

Leading Hertfordshire firm who are recognised in L500 and Chambers have a new opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join their expanding department.

You will work with medium-sized owner-managed businesses, high net worth individuals and also with large organisations including a national pharmaceutical company and banks.

You will work across a number of sectors with a focus on healthcare, charities and private wealth.

You will be involved in all aspects of corporate work such as mergers and acquisitions, share schemes, secured financing arrangements, share buy backs, bespoke articles of association and shareholder investments/agreements.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a commercial firm who are known for their warm and friendly culture and be instrumental in the further expansion of their reputable department. You will be involved in all aspects of corporate work and will take ownership of matters and lead on transactional work, working closely with a partner on more complex and/or high value work.
