An opportunity to join a highly regarded Commercial and Corporate Finance team

Associate/Senior Associate – Corporate – Essex with hybrid working

Client
A full-service, modern thinking Legal 500 firm with a record of investing time and resources into helping people develop their own particular niche specialisms.

Role

1. You will join a highly regarded multidisciplinary team, dealing with matters including share and sale purchases, management buyouts, demergers, and shareholder agreements.
2. Deliver high-quality advice as well as drafting and negotiations.
3. You will take an active role in marketing and business development.
4. The potential to be an Associate/Senior Associate position, depending upon the experience of the successful candidate.

You

1. 2-7 PQE with experience in Corporate and Commercial law.
2. Experience in handling a busy caseload, whilst delivering succinct advice and excellent client care.
3. A desire to play a key role in the future development of the firm and the team.
4. Ideally, you will have experience in or an interest in developing a specialism within the Corporate Commercial arena.
