Qualifications

• 2+ years post-qualification experience in corporate law is preferred

• Driven to take responsibility early and progress quickly

Responsibilities

• Handle mid-market M&A, including cross-border matters
• Advise on private equity and growth capital transactions
• Assist with management buy-outs and buy-ins
• Work on joint ventures and restructurings
• Contribute to corporate finance and transactional advisory work
• Collaborate with partners and junior lawyers to deliver city-quality work
