An established industry player is seeking a talented Corporate M&A Lawyer for a 6-12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Corporate M&A Lawyer - 6-12 Month FTC
We are instructed by a leading, mid-market firm that is looking to recruit a Corporate M&A lawyer on a six to 12 month fixed term contract basis due to maternity leave.
We would like to see applications from M&A lawyers who have upwards of two years' PQE, which should be predominantly private M&A focused.
Whilst this is a maternity cover contract, there is scope for this to become a full-time, permanent role.
