Corporate Associate 2PQE+

Major independent firm seeks a Corporate Associate Solicitor to join their thriving corporate team in Reading. This firm is recognized as being home to one of the leading corporate practices in the Thames Valley.

Role Overview

In this key role, you'll work with a range of corporate clients including SMEs, PLCs, and other listed businesses. You will be exposed to various interesting corporate deal work, including:

1. M&A
2. Private Equity / Venture Capital
3. Capital markets listings / IPOs
4. Public company takeovers
5. JVs
6. Group restructurings
7. Corporate advisory matters

Candidate Profile

The firm is eager to speak with Corporate Lawyers with a minimum of 2 years PQE and relevant corporate law experience gained with a recognized commercial firm. A proven track record or keen interest in client relationship management is highly desirable, as is a commercial approach.
