Job description

An opportunity exists for a junior/mid-level associate to join the corporate team of this major offshore firm in Jersey. The practice has particular expertise in cross-border M&A, JV’s, reorganizations, corporate finance, public offerings, listings, amalgamations, private equity, and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work.

The firm is seeking candidates with 2-5 years post-qualified experience from London, Dublin, Australia, NZ, and top UK regional firms.
