A highly regarded international law firm is looking to add a talented Corporate Associate (2–5 PQE) to its Birmingham team. The Role:

You’ll work closely with nationally recognised partners who have deep expertise across sectors including tech M&A, energy, private equity, and healthcare. There’s a strong pipeline of work spanning domestic and cross-border transactions, regularly involving FTSE100 clients and major global corporates.

The team has an excellent track record in complex corporate transactions, with a balance of strategic M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations, and capital markets exposure. What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law
• Strong grounding in M&A and/or corporate advisory, ideally from a City or leading national firm
• Exposure to private equity, cross-border transactions or capital markets work is advantageous but not essential
• Commercially minded, team-oriented, and confident engaging with clients
• Desire to build a long-term career in a high-performance but supportive environment
