Job Description:

Corporate Associate with approximately 2-4 PQE is sought to join a Magic Circle law firm in Riyadh. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Common Law qualified lawyer with international law firm experience to join an established practice and undertake a broad mix of corporate work.

The firm has an excellent international and Middle East client base, and the position involves acting on major transactions within the UAE, cross-border in the Middle East, and further afield. As a key part of the corporate practice, you will play a lead role in transactions involving M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, joint ventures, and corporate structuring.

This position is ideal for an ambitious qualified lawyer from a ranked law firm in the Middle East or someone looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand, etc. Common Law jurisdiction legal qualification is required. Arabic language skills are not necessary.

The firm offers a competitive global law firm tax fee remuneration and package. Due to recent work flow and upcoming transactions, there is an ongoing opportunity to join as soon as possible.
