Advising an international client base of investment managers, corporates and financial institutions, this role offers broad exposure to complex cross-border transactions spanning M&A, private equity, corporate real estate, and investment fund structuring. The firm’s integrated legal and fiduciary platform provides a unique opportunity to work alongside market-leading professionals in a collegiate, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on a range of corporate matters, including M&A, IPOs, joint ventures and restructuring.
  • Support investment fund clients across the full lifecycle of structures, including formation, governance, regulatory compliance and wind-downs.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues and onshore counsel on high-value cross-border mandates.
  • Contribute to business development and mentor junior team members.

Candidate Profile

  • 1–4 years’ PQE with top-tier training in corporate or funds law, ideally from a leading international or offshore firm.
  • Strong technical ability, commercial acumen and the desire to grow within a dynamic, expanding team.
  • UK or Commonwealth qualification preferred.

This is a compelling opportunity for a junior to mid-level associate seeking top-quality work, excellent long-term prospects, and a more balanced lifestyle in the Channel Islands.
