As Corporate Associate, you will be responsible for:

• a varied caseload including Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets
• developing professional client relationships through marketing events and other BD
• managing and supervising the work of others including trainees and solicitor apprentices

Profile

The successful Corporate Associate will be a qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in corporate law;

• experienced with M&A, PE and ECM work
• comfortable drafting and negotiating transactional documents
• strong commercial awareness, excellent legal research and communication skills

Job Offer

Estimated salary between £67,000 - 75,000 plus benefits and hybrid working.
