Corporate Public M&A Lawyer

A US law firm has opened a new opportunity, due to growth, for an M&A Lawyer with around 3 – 6 years’ PQE in Corporate M&A lawyer who must have strong experience of public M&A deals. The role will sit with a small team which is ranked for upper mid-market work. They would love to hear from candidates with at least 3 PQE in M&A at an international practice and with solid exposure to the UK Listing rules and the Takeover Code.
