Job summary

Walker Lovell is seeking an experienced corporate solicitor to lead M&A matters, advise on reorganisations, and take ownership of transactions with senior support. The role focuses on delivering commercially minded legal guidance and building strong client relationships in a London-based practice.

You will work on high-quality corporate transactions, develop your technical drafting, and progress toward greater autonomy within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years’ PQE with substantial experience in corporate law.
• Experience across corporate transactions, including M&A and advisory matters.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills; able to work independently.

• Around 4-6 years’ PQE with substantial experience in corporate law.
• Strong experience across corporate transactions, ideally including M&A and wider corporate advisory matters.
• Excellent technical drafting and analytical skills, with the judgement to manage work independently.
• A valid Solicitors Practising Certificate and strong client and stakeholder skills.
