Job description

We are currently working with a top tier Legal 500 firm in Oxford that is looking for a talented Corporate Associate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Corporate law professional to join an award-winning and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

    Manage a varied caseload of legal files and transactions efficiently.Work closely with the team and partners to deliver high-quality, practical legal advice and strong client service.Communicate directly with clients to take instructions, manage expectations, and provide effective solutions.Support with scoping, pricing, and delivering work, ensuring alignment with client needs and commercial goals.Build relationships with clients and contribute to developing your profile as a Corporate lawyer.Get involved in business development projects, including networking, pitches, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.Maintain accurate time recording, monitor work in progress, and support billing processes.Work towards personal and team KPIs, aligning your goals with the department's overall strategy.

The successful candidate:

    3 + years PQE in Corporate law.Proven background working within a corporate law team or handling corporate matters.Strong client and project management skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.Well-organised, with the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.A collaborative team player, able to work efficiently within a close-knit team environment.
