Our Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Tax team works with a range of clients, offering services like tax strategy, technology, diligence, and structuring, providing variety daily.

Whether building client or colleague relationships, you’ll be supported by a team that nurtures your potential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio, utilizing shared services or technology tools.
  2. Manage client portfolios, including onboarding, engagement, billing, and identifying recovery opportunities.
  3. Focus on self-development and ongoing professional education to progress within the practice.
  4. Manage a profitable client portfolio while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  5. Keep clients informed about developments in corporate tax affecting their businesses.
  6. Assist with client management, WIP, and billing.

We’re looking for someone with:

  1. Deep, current knowledge of taxation and ability to handle complex issues.
  2. Knowledge of tax accounting and tax audit processes.
  3. Experience in project and staff management.
  4. Experience engaging with senior management clients.
  5. CTA and/or ACA qualification or equivalent.
  6. Post-qualification experience.
  7. Ability to develop professional relationships and adapt approach accordingly.
  8. Awareness of risks related to quality control procedures.
  9. Willingness to participate in special projects.
  10. Ability to guide and supervise less experienced colleagues.
  11. Capability to lead small or medium-scale projects.
