Corporate and Executive Services Coordinator

Role Overview

As Corporate & Executive Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Corporate Team and wider business. Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, you'll ensure key information is managed effectively to support performance and transformation initiatives.

You'll provide high-level administrative and clerical support to senior managers and board members, including minute taking, diary management, event coordination, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Organise and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes

· Manage executive diaries and travel arrangements

· Process invoices and raise purchase orders

· Provide general admin support including data entry and document handling

· Assist with complaints logging and follow-up

· Maintain office supplies and manage post

· Support expense and purchase card submissions

· Act as point of contact for internal and external clients

· Coordinate events and statutory returns

· Administer contract registers, SharePoint, and website content

· Provide ad-hoc support to HR and Governance teams

· Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
