Corporate and Commercial Solicitor - Exeter
This highly regarded Legal 500 firm is looking for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their well-established team. This firm has three offices across the southwest but this role would specifically be in the picturesque Exeter office.
Within this role you would be responsible for a case load of commercial and corporate matters including shareholders agreements, joint ventures, company reorganisations, commercial contracts, IP and IT contracts and business transactions.
The ideal candidate will have around 2 - 5 years PQE with experience across a wide range of commercial and corporate transactions but specifically experience in commercial contract work is essential. Due to the nature of this work, you will be working closely with clients and so strong client care and communication skills are key.
