The role

The firm seeks a Corporate and Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Northwood Hills office.

You will work closely with the Managing Partner on a mixed caseload of corporate and commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals of pharmacies, company sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, and investment and development work.
