Corporate and Commercial Lawyer (Possibility to become Perm)

Our client, a dynamic legal consulting business supporting start-ups and scale-ups, is looking for a lawyer to cover a maternity leave, with a view to a potential permanent role. The initial contract is for 3 months, with the possibility to extend to 6 months or become permanent for the right person.

• Scope: Corporate and Commercial work for start-ups and scale-ups
• Skills: Strong drafting skills are essential; additional experience in Data Privacy and Employment Law would be beneficial
• PQE Level: Ideally 5–7 years’ PQE
• Location: Full time - 3 days a week in the office (London, Shoreditch), 2 days remote
• Reporting to: Head of Legal
• IR35 Status: Inside IR35
• Start Date: May
