Corporate Solicitor 1–3 PQE

Bristol

A leading Legal 500 law firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to work on a broad mix of corporate and banking matters, supporting a diverse client base that includes high street banks, non-traditional lenders, and commercial clients across a range of sectors.

The team:

• Advise on a portfolio of corporate work including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, corporate reorganisations, and regulatory matters.
• On banking matters, advise both lenders and borrowers and act as an panel firm for a number of high street and non-traditional lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and finalising facility, security, and intercreditor documentation, perfecting security, and assisting with lender pre-completion requirements.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients across a range of corporate and banking matters.

What experience is required:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1-year PQE in corporate law.
• Ideally some experience working with banking clients.
