A leading custodian bank in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Associate in Corporate Actions. The role involves managing high-risk functions, processing client instructions accurately, and collaborating with global teams. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in financial services and corporate actions. This position offers development programs and a supportive work environment.
Who we are looking for
State Street Corporate Actions consists of approximately 800 individuals with presence in 6 locations Globally carrying out an end to end Corporate Action process within a Fund Accounting, Middle office and Custody environment
An excellent opportunity has arisen at the senior associate level within Corporate Actions which involves carrying out a high risk function within the operation. The successful candidate’s responsibilities primarily include the timely and accurate processing of client Corporate Actions instructions for Global market events within a Custody environment. This will also involve working closely with Global Sub Custodians and market depositories around the instruction process on behalf of a diverse client base also ensuring client entitlements are posted accurately and timely in line with client instructions.
