About the Role:

Our Business Support teams provide vital services such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Estates, IT, and more, ensuring the success of our business divisions. This role involves working closely with finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and analyze financial results to support decision-making. The role also includes managing two direct reports and collaborating with operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis to enable effective business decisions
• Develop and report on financial forecasts and KPIs
• Prepare historic analysis and compare actuals to forecasts
• Manage a team of two
• Conduct area reviews and scrutinize financial results

Candidate Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified
• Experience in a business-facing finance role
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems
