Management Accountant London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Commercial, Estates, Facilities, Core Technology, Security, IT, and Fleet. This role collaborates within a fast-paced tech organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts. It involves delivering timely, accurate financial reports and analysis to support decision-making, and providing clear insights into actual and forecasted results for projects, assisting senior finance leaders in meeting financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with senior finance to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Develop and report on forecasts, monitor progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons to forecasts and budgets.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Ensure area reviews for projects, work with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
