The Corporate Account Support Manager manages the commercial relationship between Biffa and its corporate clients. Responsibilities include financial performance, growth and development, contractual negotiations, KPI and SLA management, compliance, customer satisfaction, retention, and innovative solutions.

  • Primary interface between the company and specific corporate clients.
  • Implementing business account plans, ensuring service success, contract compliance, retention, and pricing negotiations.
  • Retaining corporate clients through positive relationships and expanding service provision to meet revenue targets.
  • Managing tender, benchmarking, and RFI processes, and identifying new development opportunities for profitable growth.
  • Completing customer reviews and presenting management information using Power BI.
  • Supporting depots and customer services in resolving site issues, including health and safety, container changes, or new services.
  • Maintaining customer debt positions in line with contractual commitments.
  • Engaging confidently at all levels for negotiation, influencing, and communication to deliver long-term benefits.
  • Addressing QLS issues affecting invoicing and credits, supporting resolution of payment queries.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications, including advanced Excel.
  • Analytical skills to interpret numerical data.
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
