A leading logistics company is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to manage key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and growth. Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

We are looking for a Corporate Account Manager to be the main point of contact for assigned clients, guiding them from onboarding through the full partnership lifecycle. You will be responsible for maintaining account health, driving performance, supporting retention, and enabling growth.
In this role, you will build strong client relationships, understand their business goals, and ensure our services meet their evolving needs. You will also work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service, resolve issues quickly, and identify opportunities for upselling or process improvements.
This is a dynamic, client-facing role for someone who enjoys strategic thinking, problem-solving, and making a tangible impact on client success.
The role can be based at either our East Grinstead or Northampton office, with hybrid working in line with company policy.
