As part of the world’s largest insurance broker, you will work with a vast network of offices globally, representing clients across various territories. This role involves delivering robust local insurance programs for blue-chip global businesses, ensuring UK cover aligns with their global programs while mitigating risks according to clients’ Head Offices’ appetite.

The position is more involved than basic administration roles, allowing you to leverage the broker’s buying power for bespoke wordings and markets. Although relationships are managed by overseas colleagues, approximately 80% of accounts prefer engaging with UK-based brokers, enabling you to build strong client relationships.

We are seeking candidates for two types of positions: one focused on servicing longstanding clients and another oriented towards maximizing cross and up-selling opportunities with new clients. Note that the latter is not a targeted sales position with punitive KPIs.

While exposure to global risks or corporate risks generating six-figure income is not essential, a good understanding of common commercial covers such as Property, Liability, and Motor is required. We welcome applications from brokers as well as candidates from Commercial Underwriting and Claims who are eager to transition into this role.

This role is based in central Milton Keynes, conveniently located near the train station, with heavily subsidized car parking available. The team operates on a hybrid basis with flexible working patterns to accommodate personal commitments, requiring only a couple of days in the office per week.
