Job description

Our client is a long established independent insurance brokerage based in the Bradford area. They have a reputation for being one of the regions, if not one of the UK’s leading insurance brokerages, boasting a very low staff turnover and a very high level of client retention.

They are very focused on looking after their staff, running “Wellness” programmes and providing a professional and enjoyable working environment with flexibility and the opportunity to work partly from home.

This role sits within their corporate broking team and involves supporting the Account Directors in providing an exceptional level of service to their commercial and corporate clients. Mainly dealing with existing clients, making amendments to existing covers, working on renewals and liaising with insurers and clients on a daily basis. There will also be some new business work, assisting compiling submissions and securing rates and covers with insurers.

Ideally you will have a good all round commercial insurance knowledge, having previously worked within broking, be smart, professional and heavily client focused. Previous use of Acturis and progress towards CII qualifications would be advantageous to your application, although not essential (system training can be provided and qualifications will be supported).

This role comes with an excellent basic salary and very generous and comprehensive benefits package (includes annual bonus). There is plenty of parking available.
