Position: Insurance Client Advisor Location: Birmingham Salary: Up to £42,000
Join our clients team as an Insurance Client Advisor within a specialist division. Work alongside experienced Account Executives to provide outstanding service. Your main goal will be to ensure account retention and growth through effective account management, broking, and technical support.
Responsibilities:
Creating documents for new customers' insurance requirements
Researching and presenting suitable alternatives for customer renewals
Coordinating renewal quotes and managing insurer queries
Checking and approving policy documentation before release
Handling account queries and credit control matters while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory policies
Qualifications:
Working towards Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Cert/Dip CII
Insurance administration experience in a commercial setting
Strong rapport-building and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office and eligibility to work in the UK
Day-to-day:
Collaborating with Account Executives to deliver exceptional customer service
Managing insurance documentation and coordinating renewal quotes
Handling insurer queries and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory policies
